The Nissen Building's New Restaurant.

310 W. Fourth St., the space formerly occupied by Kernel Kustard in the Nissen Building, is set to be occupied by a new restaurant owned and ran by Greg Carlyle, the owner of the Millennium Center.  According to Mr. Carlyle, opening the restaurant was a natural move since the Millennium Center already had a food-service department and will also allow him to transition a number of workers from part- to full-time work.  The restaurant will have a full bar and expects to employ 12 to 15 full-time employees.  A name and menu are forthcoming.
